About the firm
With over two decades of experience, we can provide clear and explicit advice to our clients in a language they can understand. Furthermore, our commitment and determination to our cause makes all the difference when we are presented with a case.
Our firm provides an authoritative and, most importantly, an experienced and dedicated service. When your case needs to be dealt with promptly, without delay and in a serious manner, our size is our advantage. A boutique law firm like ours provides its clients with a personalized service unlike larger firms where your case might be one of many. Being specialists in the field of financial fraud and asset recovery, we put our clients at ease knowing they are in good hands.
Hanoch Ehrlich is a graduate of the Tel Aviv University Law School, Bachelor of Law (LL.B.) and Master of Law (LL.M.), and has held an Israel Bar Association license since May, 1994. Hanoch is well-acquainted with all aspects of Israeli commercial law, with special expertise in Asset Recovery, Commercial Fraud and Commercial Law.
Adv. Ehrlich has extensive experience with a wide range of cases that include commercial dispute resolution, fraud and asset tracing.
His experience includes advising international commercial companies in Central and Eastern Europe in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions.
At Ehrlich &Co. we have experience across the globe dealing with international investigations while collaborating with foreign entities and lawyers to trace and recover assets for our clients. Private investigators and other professional advisors are consulted when dealing with complex cases, some of which require negotiating with international bodies.
One of the largest inheritance disputes in Israel's legal history was handled by Adv. Ehrlich, who represented an heir to a US $1 billion estate.
Some of the estate assets were owned by offshore companies (whose ownership is usually difficult to trace).
The other heirs tried to exploit this fact to conceal the control of those companies.
With the help of private investigators, Mr. Ehrlich was able to establish the connection between the companies and the estate and through injunctions prevented the smuggling of those assets.
This case was successfully settled out of court.
Ehrlich & Co. are members of Insol International a world-wide federation of national associations, lawyers and accountants who specialize in restructuring, insolvency, bankruptcy and financial fraud with a presence in over 30 countries.
Insol International allows us to liaise with professionals all over the world with expertise in Financial Fraud.
At Ehrlich & Co., we take pride in our professionalism and ethics. Our senior partner, Adv. Ehrlich, is active in voluntary work through the Israel Bar Association teaching lawyers civil procedure tactics and strategies in court, and co-editing the publication of Israel’s Supreme Court rulings.
The practice of pro bono is a fundamental principle of our firm’s culture, an integral part of who we are as lawyers and individuals.
Our pro bono work is diverse and far-reaching. It includes, inter alia, work related to non-profit associations such as representing a non-political civil movement that is leading the protest in Israel against the high cost of living; membership of the Israel Bar Association program to expand access to the legal system and to protect the rights of those Israelis who cannot afford to hire legal services.
Our volunteering efforts also include the representation of members of the Israeli Parliament (the "Knesset") in constitutional proceedings before the Israel Supreme Court.
