Regulatory changes have recently been made in Israel, mainly prohibiting trading and marketing​​ binary options.

For some time now, our firm has been identifying new trends. One of these trends is that Israeli companies used to deal with binary options are moving their operations abroad into countries lacking official regulation and supervision.

In parallel with moving abroad, some of these companies are developing new platforms of trading in other areas of commerce such as; Forex, Crypto-Currency and precious stones. These are industries that are at the most part still operating from Israel.

Unfortunately, those involved in these sectors stay ahead of legislation and regulators. Therefore, we recommend that anyone considering operating in these areas of commerce should carefully examine the service provider’s competence and the extent of any current regulation and supervision in that field, if any, especially about the company with which you are considering investing your money.

In general, we believe in and recommend the conservative approach of only investing in fields regulated by the authorities and that are within the traditional frameworks of the various trading sectors: banks, mutual funds and hedge funds (supervised only), etc. Remember that promises of extraordinary returns are very risky, and unfortunately experience has shown that they often include elements of fraud.
